Exchange Policy – Larmaison
At Larmaison, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you'd like to exchange an item, we're happy to assist you.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
- Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different variant (e.g., color or fragrance) or for items of equal value.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
These items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [your email] with your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.
- Wait for exchange approval and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or in error.
- We cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to you (one-time courtesy per order).
