Exchange Policy – Larmaison

At Larmaison, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you'd like to exchange an item, we're happy to assist you.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
  • Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different variant (e.g., color or fragrance) or for items of equal value.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

These items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [your email] with your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. Wait for exchange approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or in error.
  • We cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to you (one-time courtesy per order).
